I AM HEALED - The Power of Self-Talk
I instinctively knew that my thoughts could heal me. So a great deal of
my original research was done in this area. Most of my early research
was done with subliminal recordings which were good, but I just did not
feel like it did everything I wanted. I was looking for results to turn
my whole life around and I was not finding that with subliminal
recordings. I felt that Mantras and self-talk were by far superior but
the results were a by-product of the mood I was in. If I was optimistic
that day my mind would accept the information; it not the message was
lost. I have always used music and my Ipod as a way to keep my
emotions "up", but then it dawned on me. This incredible technology could
be used in another way to make my life better. It could be played at
night while I slept...
This was a personal epiphany for me. The thought that if I could get
the right message to my brain and then play it over and over again,
night after night and day after day, the information would be acted
upon by the brain and the body. So I created WAV. files that could be
easily be imported and then played on my Ipod. Used in this fashion, the
conscious mind was not filtering the information, and then deciding what
was true and what was not. On the contrary, my experience was that
my mind picked up the verbal commands and brought them to fruition.
My body has since became healthy and my life has remained happy and
abundant.
This was not the only tool I used to regain my health but I feel it was
one of the most important ones. Now, you can use this simple
technology as well; all you need is an Ipod and my I Am Healed audio
recording.
Unleash the awesome power of your mind to heal your body!
